Join us for 2 focused sessions to work on shooting, decision-making, and understanding the game. Learn directly from Carlos Frado and Peter Rajniak and improve your individual game.
Carlos Frade is a highly experienced Spanish basketball Coach with a long international career. Over the past 25+ years he has coached in Spain, England, Hungary, Latvia and Germany, including roles at top clubs such as Pamesa Valencia, CB Gran Canaria, UB La Palma, Cáceres, Alba Fehérvár and VEF Rīga.
From 2017 to 2025 he worked with ALBA Berlin as an Assistant and Individual Development Coach.
Carlos is widely recognized for his ability to Develop Players and help them take the next step in their careers. During his time in Berlin he worked closely with several Players who went on to the NBA — including Franz Wagner, Simone Fontecchio and others — focusing on Skill Development, Game Understanding and Confidence.
