Third time we're doing this, and the idea hasn't changed: put a lot of great coaches in one gym and let the players feel what that's like.

This year there are fourteen of us from nine countries — Belgium, Canada, Spain, France, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, the USA, and six from right here in Luxembourg. Every one of them teaches it a little differently, because they learned it somewhere different.

That's the whole point. A player who only ever hears one voice starts to think there's one way to do it. Three days in this gym and you find out there isn't. Take what works for you, leave the rest — that's a skill too, and it's one that lasts longer than any drill.
